If you were unable to make a contribution to your IRA (Individual Retirement Account) for 2004 or 2005 because your earnings came entirely from non-taxable combat pay, you now may be able to retroactively make contributions for these years through May 28, 2009.

Having a living trust may allow your estate to avoid probate but does not necessarily enable your estate to avoid estate taxes.  Ask me more.
